In addition to phone and email support, Teespine offers access to the Halo Client Portal for those who prefer an online experience.
What the Portal Can Be Used For
- Submit new support requests
- Track open tickets in real time
- Reply to technicians without email back-and-forth
- View ticket history and past work

Use Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google.
No new account setup is required. All historical tickets remain intact.
Coming Soon:
AUTOMATION
In Q1, the portal will introduce an Automation section. This will allow you to run certain common requests directly through the portal without waiting for a technician.
Automations will be added frequently as new use cases are introduced.
